Ephesians 4:32
”Be kind and compassionate to one another, forgiving each other, just as in Christ God forgave you.”
Kindness is more than behavior. The act of kindness involves having a spirit of helpfulness, being generous and considerate, and doing it without expecting anything in return. Rather than looking at it as an action, we must look at kindness as a quality you can cultivate.
Acts of kindness can lead to better self-esteem, empathy and compassion, and improve your mood. Kindness can increase your sense of connectivity with others, decrease loneliness, and improve your relationships.
When we lea a life of kindness, it show your character and it displays who you really are. The Bible tells us to be kind and compassionate to one another. It shows that you have the ability to show sympathy and understanding for people who are suffering. We are called to be kind and forgiving to one another just as God forgave us by giving his son Jesus Christ to save us.
